Bacon and Bean |

Ingredients: Instructions 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and gently fry the onions for 4-5 minutes. Cut the bacon into 2.5cm/1 inch cubes then add to the onions and brown. 2. Pour in the stock, cover and cook for 1 hour. 3. Cut the beans into short lengths and add to the pan together with the remaining ingredients. Cook for a further 30 minutes or until the potatoes are done. Serve hot. |
