Ingredients: Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4. 2. Heat a large frying pan until very hot, add the meat and brown to seal on all sides. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole. 3. Place the potatoes, onion, pepper and mushrooms over the meat. Pour in the red wine, cover and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. Serve hot. |
